How long will it take to send my order?
The estimated dispatch time for each product can be found on the product page near the add to cart button.
Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! We’d love to see you. Just choose the pick-up option when you checkout and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready. Collection is from our factory in North Richmond or our Mulgrave Office and you can find the details here.

How do you supply made to measure drains so quickly?
Because you’re buying direct from the manufacturer! By making your drains in Sydney we can offer the best lead times available with fast and reliable delivery dates.
Grate and Channel Drainage
Are the grates WaterMark approved?

The Grates 2 Go Stainless Steel Grate and Channel products have been fully tested and achieved the WaterMark standard for the Plumbing Code of Australia.

Can I get a custom outlet position?
Of course! We manufacture your channels with custom outlet positions to your specifications. This allows you to get the perfect fit for your project.

You can order a made to measure drain online and specify exactly where you’d like the outlet position to be.

Can the channels be joined together?
Absolutely. We supply lengths of base channel up to 3m long with an onsite joining section allowing you to create a continuous run.
How do I clean my drain?
Stainless Steels are inherently corrosion resistant materials that do not need additional surface protection to enhance their appearance and durability. Some routine maintenance and cleaning is needed to keep stainless steel surfaces in good condition so that the aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance are not compromised.

UPVC Modular Drainage
Can I join multiple kits together?
Our UPVC Modular Kits are designed to be used together. When longer installations are required we have a base channel that, once sealed, holds the joiner together. So a 10-20m run could be a pick up from store and installed that day.
Can they be installed around corners?
Corners aren’t a problem. Our modular range includes a one-piece 90 degree corner section that joins to the base channel.
Can I buy parts or do I need to buy a whole kit?
We have a full range of UPVC Modular parts available so you can build your own drainage system. These parts include everything you need for your project: base channels, grates, joiners, corners, spigots and end caps.
Are the modular kits WaterMark approved?
