How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and item weight.
Where do you deliver to?
We think Australia is the best country in the world, and we deliver to every corner of it. Whether you're in an apartment on Sydney harbour, or a cattle station in the territory, our drains will come to you.
Who do you ship with?
Your order will be sent by Australia Post or Courier, depending on the size of the order and the area being delivered to. An email is sent to you when your item has been shipped with the tracking number so you can follow it's progress.
Can I send to a PO Box?
Small items like point drains can be shipped by Australia Post and delivered to a PO Box. Larger items like grate and channel drains are shipped via courier, and these will need to be delivered to a street address.
How long will delivery take?
Order before 12pm for next day dispatch on standard items. Delivery time is dependent on your location. Please contact us if you'd like an estimate of your expected delivery time frame.
Can I pick my order up?
You are welcome to collect your order from our factory office in North Richmond and from the Mulgrave Office. Please select Pick Up at checkout. You will receive an email advising you when your order is ready for collection.
